We’re Jared Lickerman and Dan Hogan—two current firefighters with over 15 years of combined service. Throughout our careers, we've always been driven by one goal: protecting people and our community. A large portion of our job is protecting people and preserving property, we’ve made it our mission to face challenges head-on. But over time, we realized that the growing issue of stormwater runoff was something we could tackle with the same passion and dedication.

That’s why we founded TRM Excavation and Drainage—a stormwater mitigation company specializing in drywell installations and rain garden installations.
